DSL Outbreak
A decent amount of members are approaching the cliff as far as DSL goes. The Enlisted ranks are harder to control and maintain, as these are the people who are being trained, groomed, and adjoined to the company. They make up the bulk of the outfit; the meat and potatoes. To constantly provide a sense of need and importance is difficult, and the enlistees most dangerous place is "no place". Being left out or "discommunicated" can lead to DSL. However, the system does work in eliminating the unwilling and the quitters. It's a bittersweet method for keeping the soldiers tight with their company, and providing a sense of duty. So, please, if you're heading into the red zone, log in and stick with it!
